Preparation method
Option 1 — Sans alcool
- Pour the roots into a clean 1.5-liter container (such as a mineral water bottle).
- Fill with a tonic drink or cold infusion.
- Leave to macerate for 24 hours, away from heat and light.
- Have one small cup in the morning and another in the evening.
Option 2 — Macération traditionnelle
- Pour the roots into 1.5 liters of an alcoholic base that is permitted in your country (for example, wine or other spirits).
- Leave to macerate for 24 to 48 hours.
- Moderate consumption: 30 to 50 ml, 1 to 2 times per day. For persons 18 years of age and older only. Do not drive after consumption.
