REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Secret d'Afrique.

RETURNS

Due to hygiene, health, and safety regulations regarding health supplements, intimate wellness products, and cosmetic items, we only accept returns on products that are unused, unopened, and in their original sealed packaging.

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items that have been opened, unsealed, or used are non-refundable for safety reasons.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

  1. Contact our support team at nihadalasani@secretdafrique.website with your order number and photo proof of the sealed product.

  2. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at nihadalasani@secretdafrique.website if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
